Above is a map of the Cosumnes Subbasin of which OHWD is the Groundwater Sustainability Agency along the south side of the Cosumnes River.  

 The South American Subbasin  Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) is available for review.  OHWD has adopted the GSP along with other agency (SCGA, North Delta, Sloughhouse, Sacramento County).  DWR has approved the GSP for the South American Subbasin.  

The Cosumnes subbasin Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan is available for reveiw.  OHWD adopted the plan on December 16, 2021.    There are 7 GSA's in the Cosumnes Subbasin.  Interactive map of the subbasin.
